Student Awards and Encouragement

Recognition and reward opportunities for students at Gray Primary School are numerous, and provides them with a sense of pride, respect and teamwork. Procactive prevention is a focus rather than consequences.

Students can earn:

• Mini Merit Awards by displaying improvement in one of the student values
• Maxi Merit Award after earning 5 Mini Merit Awards
• Principals Award after earning 5 Maxi Merit Awards
• At  the end of each term, student recipients of the Principal's Award have a shared pizza lunch with school leadership
