Enrolment Form

Gray Primary School will accept all students whose families are residents of Gray. For students whose families reside outside of this suburb enrolment is dependant on the capacity of the school to cater for the children's educational needs.

Enrolment Procedures:

1. Enrolment Forms, Enrolment Policy and Parent Handbook are available at the front office.
2. Parents of potential Primary students make an appointment with the Principal. Preschool enrolments are with the Assistant Principal. Reports or assessments that relate to their childs educational/health needs or progress, and evidence of date of birth and immunisation must be provided.
3. New students start in class at the beginning of the next school day in uniform.
